This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Meet annual revenue goals for North America Managed Services, Global payroll, and related services.
• Partner with the Delivery Leader and Solution Architecture leaders to align opportunities and ensure effective service delivery.
• Mentor and assist a team of sales executives on deal strategies, innovative solutions, and execution.
• Identify and create demand in emerging markets.
• Investigate possibilities for developing new offerings, including service bundling and packaging.
• Lead the formulation of sales plans aimed at organizations with significant potential for service delivery opportunities.
• Establish and implement the sales strategy for designated focus areas.
• Design and present persuasive client proposals and guide the team through intricate sales cycles.
• Utilize internal selling resources at appropriate phases of the sales process.
• Manage and enhance client-level sales costs.
• Collect and disseminate market intelligence regarding products and services.
• Incorporate market insights into client planning and communicate them throughout the Strada Sales & Accounts community.
• Maximize the use of approved sales tools both individually and within the team.
• Report directly to the Head of North America Sales.
• A decade of experience in managing and leading a sales team.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with ERP and/or Cloud technology.
• Expertise in all phases of consultative selling, including pipeline management, communication, negotiation, and closing.
• Capability to sell value rather than price by clearly articulating the business impact of services.
• Profound understanding of the entire sales process.
• Broad knowledge of the ERP cloud ecosystem, including competitive positioning and the advantages of multi-tenant cloud architecture.
• Strong grasp of all Strada products and services.
• Ability to cultivate trusted relationships at various levels within client organizations, including the C-suite.
• Proficient in managing multiple, complex sales processes simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, active listening, and the ability to provide clear, actionable guidance.
• Outstanding presentation abilities.
• Proficient in both internal and external communication.
• Strong negotiation capabilities.
• Familiarity with consultative selling and the ERP cloud landscape.
• Expected travel of 25-50%.
• Work authorization in the Employing Country without current or future visa sponsorship requirements.
