Senior RevOps Analyst, CRM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations and automations throughout the customer journey, linking HubSpot with APIs from both internal and external systems.

• Utilize Workflows with Custom Code (Node.js/Python), REST APIs, webhooks, and object associations.

• Improve the CRM architecture (objects, properties, and associations) while optimizing forms and assets.

• Work with CMS/HubL concepts within HubSpot.

• Coordinate intricate automations and workflows using Zapier (Platform UI/CLI), n8n (self-hosted), and/or Workato (recipes/API recipes).

• Ensure OAuth 2.0 authentication and resilience via webhooks.

• Develop and manage messaging bots and integrations, including Blip and WhatsApp Cloud API.

• Configure webhooks and message templates.

• Guarantee integration observability and reliability by implementing logs, metrics, and traces.

• Define SLOs/SLIs and conduct blameless postmortems.

• Create and keep up-to-date runbooks and alerts.

• Ensure traceability and prompt incident response.

• Collaborate in Git repositories, performing code reviews and handling pull requests within CI/CD pipelines.

• Maintain tool governance and security by applying least privilege principles, secrets management, and access controls.

• Produce clear technical documentation and well-structured PRs, while fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and best-practice-focused environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in the field.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related discipline.

• Practical experience mainly with Python for creating and maintaining automations, API integrations, and data manipulation.

• Strong background in building, maintaining, and orchestrating system integrations, including REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth 2.0 (Authorization Code / Client Credentials), and Workflows with Custom Code (Node.js/Python).

• Familiarity with CRM and messaging platforms (such as HubSpot, Blip, or WhatsApp Cloud API) along with custom integrations.

• Proficient in SQL, possessing strong analytical skills to generate reports, interpret data, and convert it into business metrics.

• Knowledge of Git best practices, CI/CD, trunk-based development, and Semantic Versioning.

• Experience in defining and monitoring SLOs/SLIs, utilizing runbooks, tracking metrics, and conducting blameless postmortems.

• Ability to draft clear technical documentation, create well-structured PRs, and collaborate inclusively within multidisciplinary teams.

• Proficiency with low-code/no-code tools (such as HubSpot, Zapier, n8n, or Workato) for developing and managing complex automated workflows (highlighted).

• Understanding of observability and distributed monitoring using OpenTelemetry (highlighted).

• Experience in publishing and versioning integrations with Zapier CLI or Workato API Recipes (highlighted).

• Interest in or experience with AI applications for automation and RevOps, utilizing agents with function/tool calling integrated with CRMs and customer service platforms (highlighted).
