📋 Description

• Identify and execute opportunities within DaVita’s revenue cycle to enhance revenue and improve overall financial performance.

• Lead a team of Revenue Specialists in strategizing for revenue recovery initiatives.

• Coach, mentor, and train Revenue Specialists to enhance their skill sets.

• Manage inventory of requests and address stakeholder needs.

• Ensure proactive communication, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet established deadlines.

• Identify and facilitate transformative changes within the organization.

• Collaborate with various teams and leaders across the organization to align with business priorities.

• Offer thought partnership to other ROPS teams by providing data-driven options, considerations, and recommendations.

• Promote and embody the DaVita Mission and Values.

• Proven experience in coaching, leading, and training Revenue Specialists.

• Strong ability to manage request inventory, stakeholder communications, prioritize effectively, and meet targeted deadlines.

• Capability to challenge existing processes and support transformative changes.

• Fundamental understanding of business operations and revenue cycle management.

• Skillful in communicating thoughtfully and succinctly to senior leaders.
