Manager, Revenue Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee operations related to contracted payor escalations, including settlements, legal escalations, and support for contract negotiations.

• Formulate strategies to effectively drive escalations towards resolution.

• Manage significant escalations and projects in collaboration with ROPS, Legal, Contracting partners, and external insurance companies.

• Address complex and substantial claim payment issues through legal and contracting avenues.

• Work collaboratively to prevent the recurrence of issues.

• Prepare and present communications tailored to various audiences.

• Develop and deliver persuasive recommendations to senior management.

• Establish team objectives and inspire the team to exceed expectations.

• Ensure that team outcomes and deliverables meet established standards.

• Lead projects that involve multiple participants and stakeholders.

• Manage competing priorities and meet deadlines effectively.

• Create and implement solutions to navigate obstacles.

• Build high-performing teams and nurture leadership qualities.

• Foster professional networks and actively seek input.

• Utilize coaching and feedback processes effectively.

• Motivate teams to align with the leadership vision and drive change.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent – Required.

• Intermediate proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel – Required.

• Strong understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle – Required.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field – Preferred.

• Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle collections – Preferred.
