This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Collaborate closely with executive and senior leadership on the renewal process, customer lifecycle, Account Management, SKUs, pricing, and quoting initiatives.
• Lead strategy development and manage projects with a high degree of autonomy.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and standardization within Salesforce.
• Perform regular audits of pipeline data in conjunction with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Oversee daily sales forecasting and manage pipeline operations and hygiene.
• Guarantee dependable forecasting inputs and consistent system usage across both Account Management and Renewal teams.
• Monitor appropriate utilization of forecasting tools throughout the organization.
• Assist in leading projects and support complex cross-departmental requests.
• Serve as the main point of contact for Account Management requests, changes, projects, and reporting.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses, data pulls, CRM modifications, and insights for Operations and GTM stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Deal Desk to reinforce operational processes.
• Ensure that Account Management quote workflows and associated operations are efficient and completed in advance of month-end.
• Work with the Deal Desk to verify accurate quarterly and yearly quotas, revenue expansion, upsells, and Book of Business metrics.
• Partner with stakeholders and department leaders to advance Account Management strategies and initiatives.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in Account Management, Revenue Operations, Success Operations, or a similar GTM operational role.
• At least 3 years of experience supporting Account Management and Renewals teams.
• Extensive knowledge in Salesforce administration, development, and GTM system governance, including process mapping and automation.
• Proven track record of managing multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly evolving environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to communicate promptly.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Rovo, or AgentForce.
• Capability to take initiative, work flexibly, and prioritize tasks with minimal direct supervision.
• Demonstrated success in collaborating cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Must reside in and be authorized to work in India.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Willingness to work EMEA hours, from 1pm to 10pm IST.
