This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Assist Instructure’s global Sales Operations function.
• Develop and uphold SQL queries and reports that track bookings, pipeline coverage, and conversion rates.
• Oversee the integrity of CRM data and address issues at the source.
• Examine pipeline trends and contribute to weekly forecasting reviews with precise risk-flagging data.
• Collaborate with regional and global Sales Operations teams to ensure uniform metric definitions and reporting standards.
• Create templates for territory planning, account segmentation, and quota allocation during the H2 Annual Planning cycle.
• Construct sales representative capacity models to guide headcount and territory coverage decisions.
• Convert ad hoc business inquiries into structured analyses and executive-ready responses.
• Spot opportunities to automate recurring reports and minimize manual work through applicable AI tools.
• Contribute to global Sales Operations initiatives and disseminate scalable practices.
• Work in partnership with Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations teams.
• Report directly to the Director of Planning and Analytics.
• A minimum of two years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or a similar go-to-market analytical role.
• Preferably experience in a SaaS or recurring-revenue environment.
• Proficiency with AI tools and experience in using them to automate repetitive tasks and enhance productivity.
• Strong SQL proficiency.
• Practical experience in querying and reporting on Salesforce data.
• Experience in building or scoping dashboards in Tableau or a similar business-intelligence platform.
• Solid understanding of B2B sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting metrics.
• Ability to distill complex data into clear insights and challenge assumptions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• High attention to detail with a proactive and adaptable approach.
• A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with Snowflake or another cloud data platform is preferred.
• Experience with revenue technology platforms such as Clari and Gong is preferred.
• Experience supporting bookings, pipeline, or forecast analysis across multiple regions or business units is preferred.
• Comfort in collaborating across time zones with global stakeholders is preferred.
• Proficiency in written and verbal English.
• Availability to work during core collaboration hours from 3:00–6:00 PM Hungary time, Monday to Friday.
