This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Advise hotels on managing room inventory and pricing for designated properties to enhance revenue.
• Supervise and refine guest room inventory and pricing strategies, driving RevPAR growth through demand analysis, dynamic selling strategies, length-of-stay optimization, and maintaining channel parity.
• Collaborate with hotel teams to provide daily, weekly, and monthly revenue management reports.
• Evaluate demand drivers such as groups, conventions, and citywide events.
• Facilitate Revenue Strategy Meetings and interpret performance data, market trends, and competitive intelligence to formulate recommendations.
• Act as a trusted advisor and intermediary between hotels and Choice teams.
• Utilize enterprise systems, Salesforce, and Lanyon to align strategies with brand objectives and identify marketing and promotional opportunities.
• Participate in special projects and enterprise-wide revenue management initiatives.
• Work collaboratively across functions to shape and enhance Choice’s revenue strategy.
• Manage a larger and more intricate portfolio of hotels and offerings.
• Assist in the development and enhancement of the ChoiceRM program.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Revenue Manager, or relevant Business or Consulting experience with a focus on financial analysis or revenue analytics.
• Knowledge of Revenue Management principles, philosophies, tools, and reports, along with industry-standard metrics and related documentation.
• Experience in multi-property revenue management is a plus.
• Experience in Extended Stay revenue management is also advantageous.
• Familiarity with Choice Internet sites, Property Management Systems, Choice distribution platforms and strategies, and GDS systems is a plus.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, with a strong emphasis on demonstrated Excel skills.
• Strong analytical abilities, including data evaluation, extracting actionable insights, and converting them into strategic revenue opportunities.
• Capacity to apply critical thinking to understand and resolve complex issues, using data as the foundation for recommendations.
• Ability to clearly communicate revenue strategies and their implementation to achieve objectives.
• Proficiency in presenting ideas, expectations, and information in a concise and organized manner.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to influence decision-makers at all levels through effective presentation of analysis and information.
• Capability to make measurable progress on several high-priority tasks while managing day-to-day operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field, or a comparable combination of education and work experience.
• Revenue Management Certification (CHRM or CRME) is required; candidates not already certified must obtain certification within the first year of employment.
