This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer as a vital member of the revenue team.
• Analyze revenue data to guide strategic initiatives and enhance sales performance throughout the buyer journey.
• Act as the subject matter expert in revenue reporting, identifying avenues for growth.
• Create dashboards, develop sales strategies, lead annual planning, and drive opportunity conversions.
• Provide revenue reports to the Leadership team and Board in collaboration with the CRO.
• Conduct interviews with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to grasp operational and technological requirements.
• Take ownership of revenue data and develop weekly and monthly reporting packages.
• Oversee the Sales and Customer Success enablement playbook in conjunction with Marketing and Product teams.
• Present assessments of Revenue Operations to Sales and Marketing leadership.
• Produce weekly revenue forecasts and communicate results to Sales and Customer Success leadership.
• Examine historical data, customer and sales representative performance trends, as well as industry benchmarks.
• Manage and implement sales tools and platforms such as Salesforce, Grow.com, and Gong.io.
• Develop reporting and forecasting dashboards for the company.
• Suggest methods to increase leads, enhance conversion rates, and boost sales efficiency.
• Propose modifications to sales techniques, procedures, and promotional strategies.
• Train both new and existing revenue team members on processes and tools.
• Refine structured sales processes and methodologies to ensure accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate with the CRO on annual budget, territory, and compensation planning.
• Work cross-functionally to identify inefficiencies, design scalable processes, and automate solutions.
• Capability to structure and analyze qualitative or quantitative data and derive meaningful insights.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work.
• Proficiency in building relationships with key stakeholders and collaborating effectively.
• Adaptability to swiftly changing priorities and complexities.
• Ability to coach and develop members of the sales organization.
• Proven track record in developing and improving processes and workflows.
• Familiarity with various CRM and marketing automation tools, including Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Experience with sales tools and platforms, including Salesforce, Grow.com, and Gong.io.
• Capacity to work primarily in a climate-controlled environment, performing sedentary computer-based tasks.
• Must reside within the contiguous United States.
• A remote-first environment; work from anywhere you feel comfortable within the contiguous U.S.
• Equipment provided, including a laptop and necessary tools, along with a $100/month phone reimbursement, monitors, and a one-time $500 stipend for additional gear.
