This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, implement, and enhance scalable enablement programs and learning initiatives.
• Boost sales productivity, product adoption, and enhance customer retention.
• Create learning methodologies, engagement strategies, and targeted solutions to address performance gaps.
• Develop and contribute to onboarding programs, encompassing curriculum, content, facilitation, practice activities, and reinforcement.
• Establish or refine enablement frameworks that align with quarterly business objectives and the annual company strategy.
• Conduct training needs assessments utilizing surveys, data analysis, and stakeholder interviews.
• Create enablement roadmaps detailing timelines, success metrics, and necessary resources.
• Measure and communicate revenue impact metrics, including pipeline, win rates, and quota achievement.
• Analyze the effectiveness of enablement initiatives and implement KPIs to track adoption, completion, and performance outcomes.
• Review organizational goals and revenue metrics to identify gaps and opportunities in enablement.
• Collaborate with leadership to establish priorities, ROI, and necessary program modifications.
• Link enablement efforts to competitive positioning and market dynamics.
• Lead cross-functional teams in developing content, facilitating workshops, and delivering training at scale.
• Manage conflicting priorities across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success departments.
• Oversee stakeholder expectations and create feedback loops.
• Partner with L&D, HR, and People teams regarding organizational change management.
• Coordinate go-to-market enablement for new features and product launches in collaboration with Product and Marketing teams.
• Design and implement change management strategies.
• Assess adoption and engagement levels while addressing barriers through dialogue and data-driven problem-solving.
• Mentor team members and stakeholders on program modifications.
• Create and supervise e-learning, presentations, guides, videos, and knowledge management content.
• Utilize analytics and reporting to evaluate training impact and identify trends.
• Integrate and enhance LMS, CRM, and knowledge base technologies, including automation and AI-powered solutions.
• Maintain scalable documentation standards and processes.
• Report to the Director of Solutions Consulting & Enablement.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success organizations.
• 5-7 years of experience in enablement, training, learning & development, revenue operations, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in designing and launching training programs that have positively impacted sales or business results.
• Strong analytical skills with comfort in data reporting and performance metrics.
• Excellent collaboration and influencing abilities in cross-functional settings with competing priorities.
• Proficient in enablement tools including LMS, CRM, knowledge management platforms, and data analytics.
• Experience with Gong, Claude, or Seismic is advantageous.
• Background in conducting needs assessments and diagnosing the root causes of performance gaps.
• Capability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently while ensuring quality and attention to detail.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills, including the ability to conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and practice-based activities for various audience sizes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; adept at presenting information effectively.
• Familiarity with change management frameworks and stakeholder engagement strategies is a plus.
• Experience in sales, product, or customer-facing roles is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Nooks, and related best practices is an advantage.
• Proven track record of implementing new tools, platforms, or processes is a plus.
• Understanding of sales methodologies, buyer journeys, or go-to-market strategies is desirable.
• Project management certification or experience in leading large-scale organizational initiatives is beneficial.
• High-speed internet with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps in a designated workspace is required if working from home.
• A device for multifactor authentication (MFA/2FA) is necessary.
