Senior Release Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Drive the advancement of the Enterprise Release Management process

• Develop standardized governance, release schedules, and best practices across Enterprise Systems

• Oversee intricate cross-functional releases involving business, technical, QA, and external stakeholders

• Guide Go/No-Go decision-making processes

• Manage dependencies, risks, approvals, and implementation planning effectively

• Establish release governance through standards, templates, and documentation in Jira and Confluence

• Seek opportunities to enhance release reliability, standardization, and coordination

• Assist in the transition to future automation and modern release methodologies

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in Release Management, IT Delivery, Service Management, or Project Management within intricate Enterprise Systems environments

• Proven experience in coordinating releases across ERP platforms such as D365 F&O, AX, SAP, or similar

• Proficient understanding of cross-system dependency management without direct ownership of the technical deployment

• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence

• Experience in structured release governance

• Capability to align business and technology stakeholders towards shared release objectives
