This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the Release Management process.
• Oversee Release Phases and Release Tasks for ongoing Releases.
• Conduct quality checks on releases and ensure the documentation of support-related Incidents.
• Ensure adherence to Release Management process guidelines and escalate any recurring non-compliance.
• Manage the Global Release Calendar.
• Participate in Notional Timeline Planning meetings to identify release risks and dependencies.
• Present the status of releases during Operational Readiness Review and Change Advisory Board meetings.
• Coordinate notifications regarding release outages and maintenance.
• Conduct post-release implementation reviews.
• Facilitate discussions with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain Deliverables, Standard Operating Procedures, Reports, Dashboards, and KPIs for Release Management.
• Provide support for the Healthcare General Ledger Accounting System (HIGLAS) Product Suite.
• BS/BA or equivalent along with 3+ years of experience in Release Management governance.
• 8+ years of experience in processes within a comparable large-scale application environment.
• 3+ years of experience with the MS Office suite of products.
• 2+ years of experience with JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar Change/Release Management Tools.
• 2+ years of experience collaborating with various teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective reporting and coordination.
• Familiarity with the ITIL Framework, encompassing Incident, Problem, Change, and Release processes and their interrelations.
• ITIL foundation certification is required.
• Excellent knowledge of processes and a strong ability to define and maintain them.
• Proficient in leading regular status meetings with clients.
• Understanding of Agile methodology and framework.
• Awareness of cybersecurity best practices in release cycles.
• Experience integrating AI and machine learning solutions within IT governance workflows.
• Candidates must meet the residency requirement of having resided in the US for at least three of the last five years and successfully pass a CMS background check to secure a Public Trust.
• Currently, no security clearance is required.
