This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Spearhead and foster strategic partnerships within Mortgage & Housing for the largest, most significant, and intricate accounts.

• Drive innovation, development, and execution of strategic customer plans aimed at enhancing growth, retention, and ROI.

• Maintain strong strategic alliances across customer organizations, understanding KPIs, success metrics, operations, market challenges, and initiatives.

• Lead and conduct sales presentations and proposals utilizing Equifax solutions to enhance revenue, operational returns, risk management, and expenses.

• Act as a trusted partner to customers by demonstrating credibility, reliability, business intimacy, and a customer-centric approach.

• Oversee sales-resource collaborations and coordinate Equifax resources and SSEs to execute operational strategies.

• Manage business agreements, customer onboarding, solution delivery, fulfillment, product utilization, and customer satisfaction.

• Identify, propose, and implement enhancements to Equifax solution usage based on customer insights and internal collaboration.

• Direct territory strategy and customer account planning efforts.

• Strengthen existing business relationships by identifying process and operational enhancements.

• Conduct, moderate, and facilitate customer product training sessions.

• Handle inputs for revenue forecasting and pipeline management, updating opportunities in accordance with company policy.

• Collaborate with internal product and executive teams to align customer data and insights for improved product development, marketing, and sales.

• Enhance customer satisfaction through active engagement and support.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of relevant experience in Mortgage & Housing, preferably in sales, marketing, or relationship management.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Master's degree is preferred.

• Strong skills in relationship management and business development/sales.

• Proven ability to effectively work with individuals and teams in managing customer relationships.

• Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Excellent organizational abilities.

• Competence in analyzing data and market trends.

• Capability to manage conflicts effectively.

• Ability to exhibit empathy.

• Team-oriented mindset.

• Demonstrated leadership qualities.

• Proficient IT skills.

• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
