This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement detailed sales strategies to meet company goals and revenue objectives.
• Define and achieve sales targets for the designated region.
• Develop strategies aimed at staffing and revenue enhancement.
• Advise sales directors on monthly sales targets, weekly activity objectives, and actionable plans.
• Supervise the sales pipeline and ensure forecast accuracy.
• Hold leaders and sales representatives accountable for revenue generation, activity benchmarks, hiring, career advancement, sales processes, and team leadership duties.
• Optimize sales territories and allocate quotas effectively.
• Address or oversee customer complaints and establish escalation protocols.
• Provide regional sales insights and recommendations for strategic planning and reviews.
• Prepare and execute action plans while implementing enhancements in production, productivity, and quality.
• Work in conjunction with marketing, finance, and operations to enhance sales processes and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to attract, hire, and develop a diverse sales workforce.
• Resolve escalated internal and external issues effectively.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Lead a sales director team of 8–10 members to optimize sales revenue.
• Assess team performance and sales responsibilities at the Director and Account Executive levels.
• Track individual sales performance metrics and KPIs, taking corrective measures as necessary.
• Promote collaboration, accountability, and ongoing improvement within the sales team.
• 7–10 years of demonstrated experience with major account payroll, HR, and time and attendance solutions in large, complex organizations.
• Minimum of 5 years in a similar sales leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing and directing a highly skilled, motivated, successful, and results-driven sales team.
• Capacity to design and execute strategic sales plans that foster revenue growth.

• Comprehensive understanding of customer and market dynamics along with their requirements.
• Established leadership skills with the capability to drive sales teams effectively.
