
Senior Regional Sales Manager – Digital Technologies

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +4 more states.
• Lead, coach, and develop a regional sales team dedicated to the growth of digital technology and commercial excellence.
• Create and implement regional strategies to enhance adoption, utilization, and revenue performance.
• Set clear objectives, track performance, and ensure accountability for outcomes.
• Build and oversee a pipeline through disciplined field execution and strategic account planning.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Clinical, Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure launch readiness and effective market execution.
• Work alongside field leadership and internal stakeholders to prioritize opportunities and optimize customer engagement.
• Assist with forecasting, territory planning, business reviews, and operational discipline.
• Act as the voice of the customer, translating market feedback into actionable business insights.
• Promote change management, training, and the adoption of innovative digital solutions.
• Support the growth of strategic accounts and ensure long-term customer success.
• Drive commercial execution across the U.S. East region for Medtronic’s digital portfolio.
• Travel frequently throughout the designated region, visiting multiple accounts.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 7 years of progressive sales experience, including a minimum of 3 years in sales leadership roles.
• Proven success in leading teams and driving revenue growth within a complex commercial landscape.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region, including occasional short-notice trips.
• Experience in healthcare technology, medical devices, digital health, or enterprise software is preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and talent development skills.
• Demonstrated ability to forge partnerships across a matrixed organization.
• Solid business acumen, as well as skills in forecasting, territory planning, and performance management.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to access customer clinical or patient care areas may be necessary based on assignment and site requirements.
• Candidates must reside within the East region and have access to a major airport.
• A valid driver's license is essential.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required at the time of hire and throughout the duration of employment.
• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a degree meeting 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is mandatory.
