This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a regional sales team aimed at enhancing digital technology growth and achieving commercial excellence.
• Create and implement regional strategies to boost adoption, utilization, and revenue outcomes.
• Set objectives, track performance, and enforce accountability for results.
• Build and oversee a sales pipeline through disciplined field execution and strategic account management.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Clinical, Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure readiness for launches and effective market execution.
• Coordinate with field leadership and internal stakeholders to prioritize opportunities and maximize customer outreach.
• Assist in forecasting, territory planning, business assessments, and maintaining operational discipline.
• Represent the customer’s voice by converting market feedback into actionable business insights.
• Advocate for change management, training initiatives, and the adoption of new digital solutions.
• Support the growth of strategic accounts and foster long-term customer success.
• Drive commercial performance across the U.S. West region, including customer adoption, pipeline expansion, and revenue generation for Medtronic’s digital portfolio.
• Travel frequently to various accounts throughout the region.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• At least 7 years of progressive sales experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading teams and driving revenue growth within a complex commercial landscape.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region, including occasional last-minute travel.
• Preferred experience in healthcare technology, medical devices, digital health, or enterprise software.
• Strong capabilities in leadership, coaching, and talent development.
• Demonstrated ability to forge partnerships across a matrixed organization.
• Robust business acumen, proficiency in forecasting, territory planning, and performance management.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to access customer clinical or patient care areas may be necessary depending on the assignment and site requirements.
• Candidates must reside in the West region and have access to a major airport.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is necessary at the time of hire and throughout the duration of employment.
• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a degree that satisfies 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is mandatory.
