
Senior Regional Sales Manager – Digital Technologies

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a regional sales team dedicated to the growth of digital technology and achieving commercial excellence.
• Formulate and implement regional strategies aimed at enhancing adoption, utilization, and revenue performance.
• Set clear objectives, track performance, and ensure accountability for outcomes.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline through disciplined field execution and strategic account planning.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Clinical, Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure launch readiness and effective market execution.
• Coordinate with field leadership and internal stakeholders to prioritize opportunities and enhance customer coverage.
• Assist with forecasting, territory planning, business reviews, and maintaining operational discipline.
• Act as the voice of the customer and convert market feedback into actionable business insights.
• Promote change management, training, and the adoption of new digital solutions.
• Assist in the growth of strategic accounts and ensure long-term customer success.
• Drive commercial execution across the U.S. West region for Medtronic’s digital portfolio.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 7 years of progressive sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a sales leadership role.
• Proven success in leading teams and achieving revenue growth in a complex commercial landscape.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned region, including occasional short-notice trips.
• Preferred experience in healthcare technology, medical devices, digital health, or enterprise software.
• Strong capabilities in leadership, coaching, and talent development.
• Demonstrated ability to build partnerships within a matrixed organization.
• Solid business acumen, along with skills in forecasting, territory planning, and performance management.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to access customer clinical or patient care areas may be necessary depending on assignment and site requirements.
• Candidates should reside in the West region and have access to a major airport.
• A valid driver's license is mandatory.
• Candidates must have unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and throughout their employment.
• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
