Senior Regional Sales Enablement Manager – APAC

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Establish reliable relationships with regional sales leaders and cross-functional collaborators to identify performance gaps.

β€’ Create and implement coaching, training, and readiness initiatives for the APAC field and partner sales teams.

β€’ Guide sellers and managers through role-playing exercises, call shadowing, deal assessments, and structured one-on-one coaching.

β€’ Conduct both in-person and virtual sessions, including role-play, negotiation training, discovery and objection-handling drills, and certification workshops.

β€’ Aid new hires in ramping up and speeding up their time-to-productivity.

β€’ Develop and deliver skills-based training that aligns with the daily activities of sellers.

β€’ Provide guidance to APAC sales leadership and cross-functional collaborators on performance gaps and enablement possibilities.

β€’ Cultivate relationships with regional stakeholders and confirm knowledge and skills deficiencies using data analysis.

β€’ Advocate for APAC needs to the global enablement team and offer field-tested insights for global program development.

β€’ Customize and adapt global programs for APAC sellers, partners, languages, markets, buyer behavior, and selling strategies.

β€’ Manage the quarterly readiness plan and the localized coaching and training calendar.

β€’ Utilize AI-enabled tools to expedite content localization, tailor coaching plans, and synthesize field feedback.

β€’ Monitor the effects of coaching and enablement on pipeline creation, conversion rates, and seller productivity in collaboration with Sales Ops/RevOps.

β€’ Identify skill and performance patterns and transform them into focused coaching interventions.

β€’ Communicate the impact of enablement and coaching to leadership in clear, data-driven, executive-ready language.

β€’ Participate in broader Enablement Team initiatives and continually enhance coaching and facilitation skills.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Over 5 years of experience working with Sales teams, preferably in technology/SaaS environments.

β€’ More than 5 years in sales enablement, coaching, or sales performance roles, including experience leading enablement for a specific region or business unit.

β€’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

β€’ Proven success in coaching and developing sellers and front-line sales managers through call/deal evaluations, live shadowing, and structured one-on-one coaching, with measurable improvements in skills and outcomes.

β€’ Strong facilitation capabilities for both in-person and virtual sessions across diverse APAC audiences, languages, and time zones.

β€’ Comprehensive understanding of enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, Value Selling, or similar frameworks.

β€’ Established credibility as a trusted advisor to sales leadership and cross-functional partners, possessing executive presence and the ability to influence without authority.

β€’ Proficient in analyzing pipeline, conversion, and performance data using CRM, Clari, and conversation intelligence tools.

β€’ Experience in a cloud/SaaS organization, ideally supporting complex, multi-persona sales approaches across direct and partner/channel teams.

β€’ Background in operating as part of a global, matrixed enablement team.

β€’ Comfortable using AI-enabled tools for coaching preparation, content creation, and performance analysis.

β€’ Proficient with CRM, Seismic, LMS/Lessonly or similar, as well as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

β€’ Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a rapidly changing, matrixed environment.

β€’ Fluency in languages other than English is advantageous, particularly APAC regional languages.

β€’ Availability for some early or late meetings to accommodate global teams and varying time zones.
