This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Identify the factors affecting service performance and spearhead initiatives to enhance the customer experience for new clients and improve team efficiency.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute strategic projects aimed at minimizing workflow friction and inefficiencies within the Services organization.
β’ Oversee weekly and monthly business processes, promptly escalating any deviations from established goals and expectations.
β’ Serve as a liaison between Services and other business units.
β’ Manage ad-hoc reporting requests utilizing Salesforce and other relevant platforms.
β’ Provide operational insights to sales leadership regarding scalable business challenges.
β’ Streamline workflows and oversee operational processes across Implementation, Installation, and Customer Education.
β’ Employ data-driven insights to manage operational processes, allocate resources, and monitor performance.
β’ Work closely with Sales, Support, and Product teams.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in Field Sales or Revenue Operations at a fast-growing SaaS company within the Mid-Market or Enterprise segments.
β’ Outstanding skills in spreadsheet and data management.
β’ Proficient in creating Salesforce reports and dashboards.
β’ Familiarity with the integration of SFDC applications.
β’ Capability to enable sales teams on best practices and tools related to SFDC.
β’ Experience collaborating with Sales Leadership on weekly forecasting, territory alignment, ROE, QBRs, and similar initiatives.
β’ Proven experience in identifying and utilizing AI-driven tools and solutions for sales operations.
β’ Ability to take the initiative and manage projects with minimal guidance.
β’ Strong capability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Must possess authorization to receive and access commodities and technologies regulated under U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
