This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take ownership and oversee the weekly sales forecasting process for the Acquisition team.
β’ Assist in annual planning activities, including target-setting, capacity modeling, market/segment sizing, and headcount planning.
β’ Create and manage territory models for BDR and Acquisition sales teams.
β’ Support the quota-setting methodology and its allocation.
β’ Take charge of optimizing lead-routing logic and associated processes.
β’ Act as a Sales Operations business partner to leaders within Acquisition sales.
β’ Oversee weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting cycles, encompassing pipeline reviews, QBRs, and executive/board-level reporting.
β’ Develop dashboards and reports for pipeline, bookings, productivity, trends, risks, and opportunities.
β’ Assist with Salesforce data integrity, process documentation, and ongoing enhancement of sales workflows and systems.
β’ Collaborate with Finance, Deal Desk, Sales Enablement, and Marketing to execute go-to-market strategies.
β’ Contribute to strategic initiatives that support the scaling and growth of the Acquisition process.
β’ A minimum of 10 years' experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a comparable analytical role.
β’ Preferably experience in supporting a BDR/SDR or Acquisition-oriented sales organization.
β’ Practical experience with sales forecasting, territory/quota design, or annual operating plan processes.
β’ Strong knowledge of lead routing logic and tools such as LeanData, Chili Piper, or native Salesforce routing.
β’ Experience in optimizing lead flow and assignment across BDR and Acquisition teams.
β’ A keen interest and desire to develop AI workflows using Claude, OpenAI, etc.
β’ Proficient Excel/Google Sheets modeling capabilities.
β’ Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, Sigma, or similar BI/planning tools is advantageous.
β’ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Outstanding communication skills and confidence in partnering directly with sales leadership.
β’ Highly organized and detail-focused, able to manage multiple recurring deliverables within deadline constraints.
β’ A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
β’ Experience in SaaS, telephony, or the high-tech industry is a plus.
β’ A Bachelorβs degree is required; a degree in Business, Finance, or a related Analytics field is preferred.
