This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada, +1 more state.
• Connect with healthcare professionals through phone calls and digital communication to promote designated pharmaceutical products.
• Optimize product sales potential while achieving program and client goals.
• Build and sustain relationships with healthcare professionals, educating them on product features, advantages, safety profiles, and approved uses.
• Oversee daily calling duties and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Initiate outbound calls and digital interactions with designated healthcare professional targets.
• Address incoming calls from healthcare professionals and respond to product inquiries as needed.
• Profile and manage targeted healthcare professionals and key account stakeholders.
• Maintain productivity in calls, virtual engagement, and program metrics.
• Qualify or disqualify healthcare professionals from target lists through effective prospecting.
• Ensure accurate CRM data entry, documenting target responses and follow-up actions.
• Communicate effectively using approved messaging, and employ selling, listening, and negotiation techniques.
• Stay well-informed about client products, programs, and competing products.
• Listen attentively and respond appropriately to customer inquiries and needs.
• Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, Amplity policies, the Code of Conduct, and privacy/data guidelines.
• Participate in teleconferences and live national, regional, and district meetings and training sessions.
• Represent clients at national or local conventions when necessary.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in Virtual Pharmaceutical Sales is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales within the Oncology sector is preferred.
• Proven success in virtual engagements through various digital platforms.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong emphasis on clinical knowledge.
• Excellent relationship-building abilities and strategic business planning skills.
• Clear, articulate, and grammatically correct speech along with a professional phone demeanor.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding support and service to customers.
• Ability to learn, understand, and convey complex information over the phone.
• Proficient relationship-building and active listening abilities.
• Outstanding skills in selling, closing, persuasion, and presentation.
• Capability to understand and communicate complex technical/medical terminology while maintaining necessary technical expertise, including knowledge of competitive products.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Flexibility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrated technical proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must complete client training successfully and meet training requirements.
• May be required to submit and maintain credentials such as training, vaccinations, and other job-related documentation.
• May need to acquire specific representative licenses in Nevada or Oregon, among other regions.
