This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +4 more states.
• Foster connections in a remote setting by engaging healthcare professionals through phone conversations and digital communications.
• Advocate for assigned client products to optimize sales potential and achieve program and client goals.
• Build and sustain relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Inform healthcare professionals about product features, benefits, safety profiles, and approved uses.
• Manage daily call duties in accordance with established expectations and KPIs.
• Conduct outbound calls and digital interactions with designated healthcare professional targets.
• Address incoming calls from healthcare professionals and respond to product inquiries as needed.
• Identify and manage targeted healthcare professional lists and key account stakeholders.
• Maintain call productivity and meet program-required metrics, including virtual customer engagements.
• Qualify or disqualify healthcare professionals from target lists through prospecting inquiries.
• Ensure accurate CRM data entry, including target responses and follow-up actions.
• Communicate effectively using approved messaging, along with selling, listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Keep a comprehensive understanding of client products and programs.
• Listen and respond suitably to customer needs and inquiries.
• Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, Amplity policies, the Code of Conduct, privacy, and data guidelines.
• Participate in teleconferences, live national/regional/district meetings, and training sessions.
• Represent the client at national and/or local conventions when necessary.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 3 years of Pharmaceutical Sales experience is required.
• A minimum of 1 year in Virtual Pharmaceutical Sales is preferred.
• 1+ year of Pharmaceutical Sales experience in the Oncology field is preferred.
• Proven success in virtual engagements across various digital platforms.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Strong emphasis on clinical aptitude.
• Exceptional skills in rapport building and strategic business planning.
• Clear, articulate, and grammatically correct speech with a professional phone demeanor.
• Dedicated to providing customers with outstanding support and service.
• Capability to learn, comprehend, and communicate complex information over the phone.
• Proficient in selling, closing, persuasion, and presentation techniques.
• Ability to understand and convey complex technical/medical terminology while maintaining necessary technical expertise, including knowledge of competitive products.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrated technical proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must successfully complete client training and fulfill training expectations.
• May need to submit and maintain credentials, training, vaccinations, and other job-related documentation.
• May be required to obtain specific representative licenses in certain jurisdictions or healthcare systems.
