This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +2 more countries.
• Oversee marketing initiatives for the UK, Ireland, and BeNeLux region, reporting directly to the Head of Regional Marketing.
• Define the regional marketing strategy, objectives, channels, budget, and schedule in collaboration with the commercial lead.
• Execute comprehensive campaigns across paid social, search, email, events, and partnerships.
• Tailor global campaigns for local markets and provide qualified leads to the Sales team.
• Monitor marketing expenditures, enhance performance, and showcase return on investment.
• Develop co-marketing strategies with partners and associations to drive lead generation.
• Produce thought leadership content, guides, and narratives for regional audiences.
• Work alongside the web team to boost visibility in search engines and AI tools.
• Serve as the marketing representative within regional sales, customer, and partner teams.
• Gather market insights for the business and represent the brand at events, in media, and online platforms.
• Utilize AI for research, analysis, testing, content creation, and automation.
• Transform successful campaigns into playbooks and mentor other regional marketers.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B marketing.
• At least 3 years in regional or field marketing roles with responsibility for pipeline targets.
• Proven experience in creating multi-market go-to-market strategies encompassing demand generation, paid marketing, partnerships, content, events, and account-based marketing (ABM).
• Strong expertise in marketing analytics, experimentation, attribution, and campaign optimization.
• Skilled in managing a marketing budget and articulating ROI through sourced and influenced pipeline, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and payback analysis.
• Experience working collaboratively with Sales and SDRs, establishing MQL criteria, and developing handover processes.
• Regularly utilize AI tools in daily marketing activities.
• Exceptional project and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Comfortable engaging across regions and with senior stakeholders, preferably within a matrixed or global organization.
• High level of accountability and eagerness to experiment and learn.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
• Proficient in English (C2 level).
• Experience with HubSpot, hotel tech, travel tech, or SaaS, as well as proficiency in additional languages such as Dutch or Spanish, is a plus.
