This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and lead the field marketing strategy for the Northeast/Canada and Mid-Atlantic/Southeast regions.
• Convert company and pipeline objectives into regional plans with clear goals, targeted segments, key accounts, and KPIs.
• Allocate the regional budget and time effectively to ensure optimal returns while aligning plans with corporate marketing, product marketing, sales, and revenue objectives.
• Design and execute integrated regional campaigns, which encompass field events, targeted account marketing, executive roundtables, conferences, and digital/local activations.
• Collaborate with sales leadership on targeted account marketing initiatives for strategic accounts.
• Establish, monitor, and report on regional KPIs such as MQLs, stage 3 pipeline, meetings, opportunities, and campaign ROI.
• Evaluate the results of campaigns and events, applying insights to enhance future programs.
• Offer data-driven recommendations for regional planning, budget allocations, and program development.
• Build a strong regional presence and reputation through field marketing events and local thought leadership initiatives.
• Shape regional positioning and messaging based on competitive landscape and industry trends.
• Convey regional opportunities, risks, and market changes to marketing and sales leadership.
• Integrate strategic partners and systems integrators into regional events and campaigns.
• Develop joint regional programs with priority partners and system integrators, tracking partner contributions.
• Manage, forecast, and report on field marketing budgets for both regions.
• Serve as a marketing business partner to regional sales teams, optimizing activities across various channels.
• Connect regional sales and BDR/SDR teams with corporate, product, and regional marketing leadership.
• Engage with stakeholders, manage production timelines, and ensure alignment in execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• Over 10 years of experience in field, regional, or demand generation marketing.
• Ideally experienced in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology sectors.
• Familiarity with data, AI, or database/graph technology is an advantage.
• Demonstrated success in creating and implementing regional marketing strategies from inception.
• Strong understanding of targeted account marketing, pipeline metrics, and aligning marketing with sales efforts.
• Proficient in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
• Experience collaborating with partner or channel teams and incorporating partners/SIs into field programs is beneficial.
• Eagerness to take ownership of ambitious projects.
• Creative mindset and willingness to explore new campaign concepts.
• Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent project management, budgeting, and analytical competencies.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Proficient in marketing technology and analytics tools, including Salesforce, Marketo, Splash, Asana, or other CRM/MAP/event/project management platforms.
• Willingness to travel frequently across both assigned regions.
