This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Ensure the maintenance of clean and actionable data within diagnostics marketing and sales systems in collaboration with RevOps.
• Establish tagging structures and workflows for enhanced data organization.
• Oversee the marketing attribution model across various touchpoints.
• Carry out CRM activities such as email campaigns, workflows, lead tracking, and list management.
• Regularly update and manage Diagnostic-specific web pages using Framer CMS.
• Create and oversee an editorial calendar while enhancing LinkedIn engagement.
• Monitor awareness days, research milestones, and cultural events for timely content creation.
• Direct digital campaigns, encompassing copywriting, design, UTM tracking, vendor management, and ROI evaluation.
• Collaborate with designers to produce visuals, animations, and effective data storytelling.
• Develop and sustain sales enablement materials tailored for sleep physicians, neurologists, and PCPs.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects, oversee Asana boards, and facilitate internal marketing communications.
• Create and manage ideal customer profiles with clear messaging and value propositions.
• Take ownership of the conference calendar, from opportunity identification to post-event ROI analysis.
• Organize event logistics, including materials, vendors, budgets, outreach, and follow-up campaigns.
• Oversee deadlines for scientific content submissions and amplify event-related social media posts.
• Identify award opportunities and handle submission processes.
• Seek podcast and speaking opportunities for subject matter experts.
• Bachelor's degree with over 5 years of experience in Marketing Operations or Marketing Analytics.
• Extensive knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Experience in the medical device and diagnostics marketing sectors.
• Understanding of FDA-regulated promotional content and compliance review procedures.
• Proficiency with Framer, Webflow, or other no-code CMS platforms.
• Experience supporting a dual or multi-audience brand.
• Basic design literacy and experience in providing constructive feedback on marketing materials.
