This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of comprehensive marketing campaigns for both virtual and hybrid events, overseeing everything from planning to post-event analysis.
• Oversee cross-departmental collaboration, including list management, copywriting, assembly, scheduling, quality assurance, deployment, and performance metrics.
• Work with the Events team to address asset requirements, deadlines, and registration objectives; identify potential risks and ensure campaigns remain on schedule.
• Monitor event registration outcomes and generate actionable reports.
• Assist in developing promotional strategies for flagship events, such as E11 and the annual Top 100 recognition program.
• Create and update sales materials, media kits, sponsorship one-pagers, and event sales kits.
• Develop new sales and client-facing content as necessary.
• Collaborate with the Sales team on urgent requests.
• Design and implement segmented email campaigns for acquisition and lifecycle marketing across free, paid, and enterprise subscription levels.
• Maintain audience lists and the segmentation framework.
• Facilitate A/B testing, which includes setup, tracking, data collection, and summarizing results.
• Manage daily social media efforts, paid promotions, and other strategies to foster audience growth.
• Work alongside Sales, Events, Editorial, Client Success, and Marketing teams.
• 4–6 years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing.
• Hands-on experience in executing marketing campaigns.
• Preference for experience in B2B event marketing.
• Proven proficiency with email marketing platforms, with a strong preference for Campaign Monitor.
• Familiarity with GA4 and the capability to interpret and analyze campaign metrics.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities; experience with Notion, Asana, or similar tools is advantageous.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• A keen eye for visual aesthetics in client and sales enablement materials.
• Capability to handle multiple workflows simultaneously in a dynamic, remote setting.
• Highly responsive communication style and the ability to manage a significant volume of projects.
• High proficiency with Google Slides.
• Preferred: experience in subscription-based media, publishing, or B2B SaaS.
• Preferred: experience in the biopharma or life sciences sector.
• Preferred: exposure to sales enablement, advertising operations, or client-facing marketing support.
• Experience and enthusiasm for utilizing AI tools for campaign analysis, content creation, or list management.
