Senior Regional Business Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creation and implementation of Chobani’s strategy for H-E-B.

• Achieve annual targets for volume, revenue, market share, and profitability.

• Foster relationships throughout H-E-B.

• Spot opportunities to enhance assortment, distribution, shelf space, merchandising, and innovation.

• Utilize customer, category, and consumer insights to formulate data-driven selling strategies.

• Serve as the internal representative for the voice of H-E-B.

• Direct cross-functional planning and execution in areas such as forecasting, promotions, innovation, and customer investment.

• Collaborate with Category Management, Customer Finance, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Innovation to implement the customer strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• 7+ years of experience in CPG sales, customer management, and/or category management.

• Experience with H-E-B is highly preferred.

• Proven track record of managing large, complex retail clients and establishing strong customer relationships.

• Strong strategic selling, negotiation, analytical, and financial skills.

• Capability to convert customer and category insights into effective growth strategies.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and presentation abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and syndicated data platforms, like Circana.

• Willingness to travel around 25% of the time.
