Senior Regional Business Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the formulation and implementation of Chobani’s HEB strategy, achieving annual goals for volume, revenue, market share, and profitability.

• Cultivate robust relationships within HEB and pinpoint opportunities to enhance product assortment, distribution, shelf presence, merchandising, and innovation.

• Utilize customer, category, and consumer insights to craft data-driven selling strategies, identify growth opportunities, and effectively advocate for HEB's interests internally.

• Oversee collaborative planning and execution across forecasting, promotions, innovation, and customer investments to align with both Chobani and HEB priorities.

• Collaborate with Category Management, Customer Finance, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Innovation teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Over 7 years of experience in CPG sales, customer management, and/or category management is required.

• Experience with HEB is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated capability to manage large and complex retail clients while fostering strong customer relationships.

• Strong skills in strategic selling, negotiation, analysis, and finance are essential.

• Ability to convert customer and category insights into actionable growth strategies.

• Proven experience in leading and influencing cross-functional teams within a dynamic environment.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and presentation skills are necessary.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and syndicated data platforms, including Circana.

• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
