Senior Recruitment Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Recognize and leverage clients’ hiring requirements.

• Oversee the recruitment process including crafting and posting job advertisements and conducting interviews.

• Identify, evaluate, and cultivate relationships with a network of qualified candidates.

• Actively present candidate CVs to clients and potential clients.

• Track assignments, facilitate onboarding, and ensure client satisfaction.

• Aid in the growth of current accounts through a proactive strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in recruitment or at a staffing agency is preferred.

• Understanding of temporary staffing is crucial.

• Strong customer service orientation, along with responsiveness and attention to detail.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the capability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• A keen interest in technical and operational positions.
