Senior Recruitment Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take charge and expand CBTR's cloud recruitment division, functioning as a distinct business within our organization.

• Acquire new clients and enhance existing accounts throughout the UK, with a defined strategy to grow into European markets.

• Serve as a strategic talent partner in cloud and technology sectors, offering insights on hiring strategy rather than merely filling roles.

• Develop extensive talent pipelines in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering, Architecture, FinOps, Data, AI, and Security.

• Utilize Cloud Bridge's consulting team, client base, and strategic alliances to access hiring opportunities that are otherwise unavailable.

• Contribute to shaping the future of CBTR, including the development and leadership of a team as the function evolves.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in agency recruitment within the technology or cloud sectors.

• A consistent billing history of over £200k annually.

• Strong expertise in business development and account expansion — you excel at opening doors and nurturing relationships.

• Practical experience in recruiting for cloud, infrastructure, DevOps, or similar technology fields.

• An entrepreneurial spirit — you aspire to build, own, and scale operations, rather than simply occupy a desk.
