Senior Recruiter/Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the recruitment process across various functions and levels as the primary accountability for regional hiring outcomes.

• Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies for high-volume, critical, and specialized positions.

• Maintain a diverse and consistently updated candidate pipeline.

• Provide guidance to leaders on organizational design, talent risks, succession planning, and the trade-offs between hiring versus developing talent.

• Assist the VP of Talent with senior leadership recruitment, strategic talent initiatives, and global hiring priorities.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define success criteria for roles and establish clear hiring standards.

• Offer insights into the external talent market and leverage data and business context to influence hiring decisions.

• Educate leaders on best practices in interviewing, hiring discipline, and the external talent landscape.

• Oversee the interview process from initial contact through to onboarding.

• Ensure timely communication, set clear expectations, and drive decisive hiring processes.

• Identify and implement improvements in recruitment processes and systems.

• Enhance and promote the employer brand across North America.

• Lead changes in talent strategy to align with business needs.

• Utilize AI tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy in talent strategies.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, particularly in-house recruitment supporting business leaders.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Proven strong sourcing capabilities with a history of successfully filling complex, niche, and high-volume positions through proactive, market-mapped pipelines.

• A commercial mindset with an understanding of how talent can drive business strategy.

• Ability to influence leaders without formal authority, utilizing data, market insights, and a well-defined perspective.

• Excellent judgment concerning candidate quality and hiring decisions.

• Capacity to operate with agility, ownership, and resilience in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
