Senior Recruiter – Technical

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to clarify position specifications.

• Offer pertinent market insights and recommendations.

• Collaborate with internal teams and departments to create and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

• Assess candidate profiles against job requirements and present strong candidate slates.

• Develop talent pipelines.

• Maintain candidate engagement with timely updates on progress.

• Work alongside hiring leaders to establish offer details based on market data and compensation guidelines.

• Provide mentorship to Recruiters and other team members.

• Serve as a brand ambassador for clients and ensure proactive communication throughout the recruitment process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Extensive recruiting experience with proven successes in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.

• Knowledgeable in recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.

• Understanding of common Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics associated with talent acquisition.

• Strong technical recruitment expertise is highly preferred.

• Proficient in English is essential.

• Availability to work Monday to Friday during standard Central or Eastern time hours.
