Senior Recruiter – R&D Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Facilitate strategic intake sessions with hiring managers.

• Offer market insights and recommendations to refine position specifications.

• Create and oversee recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders effectively.

• Assess candidate profiles and present strong talent slates.

• Develop strong pipelines for future hiring requirements.

• Collaborate with hiring leaders on offer specifics using market data and compensation standards.

• Mentor recruiters and team members for professional growth.

• Provide consultative guidance and industry expertise to hiring leaders.

• Serve as a client brand ambassador and ensure proactive, timely communication throughout the recruitment process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Extensive recruiting experience in corporate, RPO, or agency environments with proven success.

• Experience with Workday.

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and social media recruitment platforms.

• Recruitment experience within the R&D Pharmaceutical sector.

• Understanding of Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.

• Capability to work remotely from any location in the USA.
