Senior Recruiter – Pharma R&D

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Facilitate comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to outline position specifications, offering relevant market insights and suggestions.

• Work in tandem with internal stakeholders and departments to create and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

• Assess candidate profiles against job requirements and present strong candidate slates while cultivating talent pipelines.

• Maintain candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process by providing timely updates on their status.

• Collaborate with hiring leaders to decide on offer details, leveraging market data and compensation guidelines to inform recommendations.

• Guide and mentor Recruiters and other team members.

• Serve as a brand ambassador for the client throughout the recruitment process.

• Ensure proactive and timely communication regarding search progress.

• Offer consultative guidance and industry expertise to hiring leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred.

• Extensive recruiting experience with proven success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.

• Familiarity with recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS: Workday) and social media platforms.

• Understanding of standard Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.

• Experience in Pharmaceutical R&D is required.

• Strong consulting skills and the ability to drive processes effectively.

• Knowledge of OFCCP regulations (US) is essential.

• Experience in sourcing candidates using various tools.

• Fluent English is essential.

• Must be available to work Monday to Friday during standard business hours (Central or Eastern time).
