Senior Recruiter – Pharma R and D

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Facilitate comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to identify position specifications.

• Supply pertinent market insights and recommendations.

• Work in partnership with internal stakeholders and departments to create and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

• Assess candidate profiles in relation to position requirements.

• Provide robust candidate slates and establish talent pipelines.

• Maintain candidate engagement through timely updates on progress.

• Collaborate with hiring leaders to finalize offer details based on market data and compensation guidelines.

• Mentor Recruiters and other team members to enhance their skills.

• Serve as a brand ambassador for the client throughout the recruitment process.

• Offer consultative guidance and industry expertise to hiring leaders.

• Ensure service excellence and proactive communication regarding search status.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.

• Extensive recruiting experience with proven success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, including Workday.

• Familiarity with social media recruitment tools.

• Understanding of fundamental Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics relevant to talent acquisition.

• Experience in Pharmaceutical R&D is essential.

• Strong consulting skills with the ability to drive processes effectively.

• Knowledge of OFCCP regulations (US).

• Proficient in sourcing candidates using various tools.

• Fluency in English is crucial.

• Availability to work Monday to Friday during standard Central or Eastern hours.
