Senior Recruiter – Pharma Commercial, R&D

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to establish position specifications.

• Supply pertinent market data and strategic recommendations.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to create and oversee recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

• Assess candidate profiles against job requirements and present strong candidate shortlists.

• Develop talent pipelines.

• Maintain candidate engagement with timely updates on progress.

• Work alongside hiring leaders to finalize offer details based on market data and compensation guidelines.

• Mentor Recruiters and other team members.

• Serve as a brand ambassador for clients, ensuring proactive and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.

• Offer consultative guidance and industry expertise to hiring leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Required experience in Pharmaceutical and Commercial/R&D recruitment.

• Proficiency in Workday is essential.

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required.

• Substantial recruiting experience with proven success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.

• Understanding of common Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.
