Senior Recruiter – Pharma Commercial, R&D

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Facilitate comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to define position requirements.

• Offer pertinent market insights and recommendations.

• Collaborate with internal teams and departments to create and oversee recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

• Assess candidate profiles in relation to position specifications.

• Provide robust candidate slates and cultivate talent pipelines.

• Maintain candidate engagement through timely updates on progress.

• Work with hiring leaders to establish offer details based on market data and compensation standards.

• Guide and mentor Recruiters and other team members.

• Serve as a brand ambassador for clients throughout the recruitment process.

• Offer consultative guidance and industry expertise to hiring leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Extensive recruiting experience with proven success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.

• Understanding of standard Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required — both Commercial and R&D.

• Proficiency in Workday is necessary.
