Senior Recruiter – Pharma

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to establish position specifications.

• Supply pertinent market insights and recommendations.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to design and implement recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

• Assess candidate profiles in relation to position requirements and present a strong slate of candidates.

• Create talent pipelines.

• Maintain candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process with timely updates regarding their status.

• Collaborate with hiring leaders to finalize offer details based on market data and compensation guidelines.

• Provide mentorship to Recruiters and other team members.

• Represent the client brand and ensure proactive, timely communication throughout the recruitment cycle.

• Offer consultative guidance and industry expertise to hiring leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Extensive recruiting experience with proven success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.

• Familiarity with recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms.

• Understanding of standard Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.

• Required background in Life Sciences.

• Experience with Workday is mandatory.

• Preference for candidates with Pharma experience.

• Capacity to work 40 hours per week.
