Senior Recruiter – Limited Term

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Lead comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to define position specifications.

• Provide relevant market insights and recommendations.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to create and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

• Assess candidate profiles against position requirements and present strong candidate slates.

• Develop talent pipelines.

• Keep candidates engaged with timely updates on their progress.

• Partner with hiring leaders to establish offer details utilizing market data and compensation guidelines.

• Mentor Recruiters and other team members.

• Serve as a brand ambassador for clients throughout the recruitment process.

• Offer consultative guidance and industry expertise to hiring leaders.

• Ensure exceptional talent delivery and proactive, timely communication regarding search status.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in high-volume recruitment.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Significant recruiting background, showcasing successes in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.

• Familiarity with recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.

• Knowledge of standard Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.

• Proficiency in English is required.

• Candidates must reside in the U.S.

• Availability to work during MST or CST business hours is required.

• Candidates may be located in PST, MST, or CST time zones.

• Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.

• Knowledge of niche sector/industry is beneficial.
