This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.
• Provide exceptional service throughout the entire recruitment process.
• Serve as a brand ambassador for the client while collaborating effectively with hiring managers.
• Deliver high-quality talent while ensuring proactive and timely updates on search statuses.
• Stay informed about industry and market-specific trends that impact recruitment efforts.
• Mentor Recruiters and other team members to enhance their skills.
• Utilize innovative and creative search strategies.
• Conduct comprehensive job-scope discussions with hiring leaders.
• Review applicants within the applicant tracking system.
• Develop and launch recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Source candidates through resume databases, networking platforms, Boolean search, social media, and deep web sourcing techniques.
• Create targeted lists of passive candidates using subscriptions and technology.
• Pursue referrals from business networks and internal sources.
• Leverage proprietary software for mobile and email outreach campaigns.
• Engage with talent communities via phone, email, campaigns, network introductions, and social media.
• Customize value propositions for candidates.
• Prepare candidates for interviews by providing logistical details and follow-up expectations.
• Offer timely updates regarding application and interview statuses.
• Conduct professional phone interviews with industry-specific and role-specific probing.
• Evaluate candidate alignment with requisition, team dynamics, and cultural fit.
• Administer and review skills assessments when necessary.
• Review background and reference information as required.
• Keep candidates engaged and maintain a steady talent pipeline.
• Update hiring managers about market trends and the status of searches.
• Communicate job offers and facilitate candidate acceptance.
• Ensure compliance with OFCCP and other relevant standards.
• Provide strong candidate slates and accurate reports on recruiting activities.
• Identify challenges in searches and collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to find solutions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A background in high-volume recruiting is essential.
• Experience in manufacturing environments, including hiring for Machine Operators, Maintenance, and Forklift positions.
• Prior experience in recruiting within the US is required.
• Fluent English proficiency is a must.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field is required; equivalent experience may also be considered.
• At least five years of results-driven recruiting experience in an in-house, RPO, or agency setting.
• Demonstrated ability to showcase expertise in niche segments or industries.
• Proficiency in utilizing technologies that enhance the recruiting process.
• Commitment to documentation and compliance procedures.
• Experience with deep web sourcing techniques is highly valued.
• Ability to adhere to OFCCP and other applicable compliance standards.
