This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.
• Provide exceptional service throughout the entire recruitment process.
• Serve as a brand ambassador for the client and collaborate with hiring managers in a consultative role.
• Attract top talent while ensuring proactive and timely communication regarding search status.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market-specific information that may impact searches.
• Mentor Recruiters and other team members.
• Exhibit creativity and innovative thinking in search methodologies.
• Conduct detailed job-scope discussions with hiring leaders to define position specifications.
• Review applicants via the applicant tracking system.
• Create and implement recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Source candidates utilizing resume databases, networking platforms, Boolean searches, social media, and deep web sourcing.
• Generate targeted lists of passive candidates using subscriptions and technological tools.
• Request referrals from business networks and internal sources.
• Utilize proprietary software for mobile and email campaigns targeting talent communities.
• Engage with talent communities through phone calls, emails, campaigns, network introductions, and social media.
• Customize value propositions based on candidates' situations and interests.
• Prepare candidates for interviews by providing logistical details, schedules, attire recommendations, and follow-up expectations.
• Offer timely updates on application and interview statuses.
• Monitor the interest levels and concerns of top candidates.
• Conduct professional phone interviews with role-specific and industry-related questioning.
• Navigate challenging conversations to extract relevant information.
• Compare interview notes and skill assessments against requisition specifications.
• Assess candidates for team compatibility and cultural fit.
• Administer and evaluate skills testing when necessary.
• Review background and reference information as required.
• Maintain candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.
• Continuously develop the talent pipeline.
• Advise hiring managers on market changes that may affect hiring.
• Clearly communicate job offers and facilitate candidate acceptance.
• Ensure compliance with OFCCP and other relevant standards.
• Demonstrate expertise in segments, practices, and industries.
• Deliver strong candidate slates for every requisition.
• Provide accurate and regular reports on recruiting activities.
• Identify challenges in searches and collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to find solutions.
• Proactively communicate search progress to hiring managers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A background in high-volume recruiting is essential.
• Experience in manufacturing environments, such as hiring Machine Operators, Maintenance personnel, and Forklift operators.
• Proven recruiting experience within the United States is required.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field is required; equivalent experience may be taken into consideration.
• A minimum of five years of results-driven recruiting experience in an in-house, RPO, or agency setting.
• Ability to demonstrate expertise in niche segments or industries.
• Proficiency in employing technologies that enhance efficiency in the recruiting process.
• Compliance with documentation and processes is mandatory.
• Experience with deep web sourcing techniques is advantageous.
• Flexible remote work arrangement.
• Full-time regular employment (40 hours per week).
