
Senior Recruiter – Enterprise Accounts

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Oversee and implement end-to-end recruitment processes for positions at various levels.
• Conduct strategic intake meetings with hiring leaders to clarify role specifications, success criteria, business context, and recruitment strategies.
• Assess candidate CVs/resumes based on capability frameworks and service level expectations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create technical and behavioral screening questions.
• Articulate Turner & Townsend’s unique value proposition, operational model, culture, and role requirements.
• Organize interviews either directly or with the assistance of recruitment support teams.
• Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers regarding talent availability, market trends, competitive insights, and effective hiring practices.
• Work in partnership with HR, recruitment colleagues, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of hiring objectives and operations.
• Leverage knowledge of delivery models, organizational structures, and industry trends to guide hiring choices.
• Create talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, targeted outreach, market mapping, and relationship cultivation.
• Successfully fill challenging positions using structured, data-driven, and traceable sourcing techniques.
• Utilize the ATS for documentation, candidate searches, reporting, and collaborative workflows.
• Negotiate and present offers while ensuring competitive positioning and internal equity.
• Advocate for an outstanding, equitable, and brand-consistent candidate experience.
• Lead and participate in recruitment and company-wide initiatives and process enhancements.
• Mentor, guide, and train recruitment coordinators, sourcers, and junior recruiters.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in full lifecycle recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Demonstrated capability to recruit for roles across various levels, including senior and specialized positions.
• Strong sourcing abilities and experience in building pipelines using ATS/CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and additional tools.
• Familiarity with leading VMS platforms such as Beeline, Workday, SAP Fieldglass, Coupa Contingent Workforce, or similar.
• Track record of achieving preferred supplier status or top-tier performance ratings within VMS programs.
• Proven ability to excel in multi-vendor settings and consistently provide top-tier candidate submissions in a staff augmentation program.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to influence, advise, and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in negotiating offers and handling compensation discussions.
• Strong grasp of recruitment metrics, talent acquisition processes, compliance, and candidate assessment techniques.
• Previous experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure, or professional services is preferred.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a demanding work environment.
