This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and engage qualified candidates through proactive research and sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn, talent databases, social media, referrals, and other approved tools.
• Build and sustain organized candidate pipelines through effective research, outreach, and relationship management.
• Coordinate interviews and recruiting meetings, which includes scheduling, confirmations, adjustments, and follow-up communication.
• Assist with candidate communications and manage recruiting logistics.
• Support recruiters in tasks such as resume reviews, talent mapping, market research, pipeline reporting, and other recruitment activities.
• Maintain precise candidate records, activity notes, status changes, and documentation within applicant tracking and Talent Acquisition systems.
• Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects, strategic initiatives, and operational priorities.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, templates, training materials, and shared resources.
• Track actions and deadlines, organize shared resources, and prepare routine updates for projects and programs.
• Adhere to Talent Acquisition processes while ensuring confidentiality when managing candidate, employee, and business information.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, Human Resources, or a related professional environment; relevant internship experience will also be considered.
• Experience coordinating interviews, calendars, or meetings involving multiple participants across different time zones.
• Background in supporting projects or maintaining standard operating procedures, templates, training materials, or shared resources for teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Familiarity with using LinkedIn, social media, job boards, or other online platforms for candidate research and sourcing.
• Ability to learn and navigate an applicant tracking system, candidate relationship management system, or similar business technology.
• Competence in following established processes, completing defined tasks accurately, and managing scheduling, documentation, and data with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills, follow-through, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and seek guidance when necessary.
• A collaborative mindset with a keen interest in pursuing a career in Talent Acquisition.
• Capability to sit or stand for prolonged periods at a stationary workstation.
• Ability to regularly carry, lift, and lower objects weighing up to 10 lbs.
• Proficient in understanding and following basic instructions.
• Strong focus and attention to tasks and responsibilities.
• Effective verbal communication skills, including listening, understanding, responding, and speaking.
