📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to ascertain position specifications

• Supply pertinent market data along with actionable recommendations

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to create and oversee recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies

• Assess candidate profiles against job requirements and present robust candidate slates

• Develop talent pipelines

• Maintain candidate engagement through timely updates on progress

• Partner with hiring leaders to establish offer details based on market data and compensation guidelines

• Guide and mentor Recruiters and other team members

• Serve as a brand ambassador for clients throughout the recruitment process

• Offer consultative guidance and industry expertise to hiring leaders

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Extensive recruiting experience, showcasing successes in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment

• Proficiency with recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms

• Understanding of fundamental Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition

• Knowledge of niche sectors or industries

• Capability to work 40 hours per week
