This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, engage, and secure top-tier talent in Audio Visual and technology integration, with a focus on Engineering, PMO, project delivery, and Field Service Technician positions.
• Design and implement talent-mapping strategies within AV integrators, technology suppliers, manufacturers, low-voltage companies, managed services firms, and related technical services sectors.
• Create a pipeline of passive candidates through tailored outreach and direct interaction within specialized AV/Technology talent networks.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to clarify current and future talent requirements that align with business expansion, project intricacies, backlog, service needs, and skill deficiencies.
• Evaluate candidates for their technical expertise, project delivery skills, PMO efficiency, field service readiness, customer focus, safety awareness, and capacity to perform in dynamic project and service settings.
• Provide well-curated candidate lists and drive data-driven offer strategies, candidate conversion, and closing processes.
• Counsel hiring managers on talent availability, role definitions, technical grading, compensation strategies, certification expectations, travel obligations, and competitive hiring trends.
• Enhance the organization's visibility in the AV and technology talent landscape through targeted campaigns, industry engagement, and talent community initiatives.
• Facilitate high-quality AV/Technology placements across Engineering, PMO, project delivery, and Field Service Technician roles.
• Develop proactive candidate pipelines to ensure engineering capacity, project implementation, and field service agility.
• Elevate hiring quality through improved candidate evaluation and informed decision-making processes.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred; equivalent education and relevant recruiting experience will be considered.
• A minimum of 10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience is required.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring specialized technical talent in competitive environments.
• Experience in recruiting within the Audio Visual, technology integration, low-voltage, connected workplace, or similar technical services sectors.
• In-depth understanding of the AV talent landscape and specialized technical professionals.
• Proven experience in recruiting for Engineering, Project Management/PMO, and Field Operations roles.
• Proficient in direct sourcing, engaging passive candidates, talent mapping, market intelligence, candidate evaluation, stakeholder consultation, offer negotiation, ATS, CRM, and recruiting technologies.
• Familiarity with Audio Visual systems, AV/IT networking, collaboration technologies, commissioning, field installation, and customer-facing technical operations.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, relationship-building skills, influencing capabilities, consultative approach, sound judgment, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
