Senior Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to grasp organizational design requirements, influence headcount planning, and provide guidance on hiring strategies.

• Oversee the complete recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and finalizing hires.

• Create candidate pools for challenging key positions across various locations.

• Maintain connections with top passive candidates.

• Offer insights on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive market dynamics.

• Foster continuous enhancement in recruitment processes through data analysis and key metrics.

• Ensure a high-quality, values-driven candidate experience that reflects VRChat’s brand and culture.

• Direct hiring initiatives for strategic business and technical positions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of comprehensive recruiting experience.

• Proven experience in hiring for technical, product, and/or creative positions.

• Ability to collaborate with hiring managers on role definition, candidate evaluation, and hiring decisions.

• Demonstrated success in closing candidates in competitive markets.

• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and facilitating offer negotiations.

• Capacity to work independently in a lean environment with minimal oversight.

• Strong sourcing abilities and a talent for building high-quality candidate pipelines across various functions.

• Experience utilizing data and market insights to shape hiring strategies and enhance outcomes.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
