This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee recruitment activities for designated areas within The Home Depot Enterprise.
• Collaborate with HR Leaders and Talent Acquisition leadership to devise talent acquisition strategies.
• Manage the comprehensive lifecycle of all hires.
• Develop recruitment strategies tailored for functional groups within the Store Support Center.
• Monitor selection processes to facilitate effective hiring decisions.
• Initiate new recruitment initiatives and complete special projects as needed.
• Implement function-specific talent acquisition plans and cultivate an external talent pool.
• Gather industry insights and competitive market data to guide staffing strategies.
• Formulate sourcing strategies that emphasize diversity.
• Establish screening criteria and conduct screening and interviewing processes.
• Negotiate compensation packages.
• Maintain ongoing communication with business partners to address any communication gaps.
• Execute recruitment strategies and provide reports on staffing metrics, open positions, candidate quality, throughput, and time to offer.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders and address issues as they arise.
• Implement sourcing strategies that include cold calling, networking, and engaging passive candidates.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local laws, company policies, and recruitment procedures.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records.
• Assist in coordinating efforts with Recruiters and Staffing Coordinators.
• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
• A minimum of 5 years of corporate Talent Acquisition experience is required.
• Proficient in recruiting with expert knowledge of internet search tools and strong sourcing strategies.
• Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing a diverse range of recruiting initiatives.
• Possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities typically gained through the completion of a bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification in a related field.
• Prior corporate recruitment experience within a retail environment is preferred (e.g., IT, HR, Legal, Merchandising, etc.).
• Minimum educational requirement: high school diploma and/or GED.
• Strong customer service focus, including negotiation capabilities.
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations, equal opportunity laws, and other relevant federal and state regulations, including EEO and OFCCP.
• Possess senior-level leadership, negotiation, and influence abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple and shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• At least three years of experience in conducting behavioral interviews.
