Senior Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Assist in fulfilling essential MongoDB roles through strategic passive talent acquisition

• Adapt to support emerging areas of MongoDB’s business as recruitment demands evolve

• Provide comprehensive recruitment support for both technical and non-technical roles

• Collaborate with hiring managers to grasp business requirements and supply qualified candidates

• Become knowledgeable about the external market and serve as a consultative talent advisor

• Partner with coordinators, hiring managers, and interviewers to ensure an outstanding candidate experience

• Promote equitable and inclusive hiring practices by educating stakeholders on best practices and unconscious bias

• Execute talent mapping, competitive intelligence analysis, and targeted pipelining

• Develop and enhance long-term candidate engagement strategies

• Maintain connections with a wide talent pool for future opportunities

⛳️ Requirements

• A strong passion and enthusiasm for pursuing a career in technical recruitment

• Proficiency in passive candidate sourcing for technical or sales-oriented positions is preferred but not mandatory

• Prior experience within a technology-driven organization is advantageous

• In-depth knowledge of effective sourcing strategies and best practices

• Innovative and creative sourcing approaches

• Analytical mindset capable of conducting independent research and utilizing data to shape strategy and influence stakeholders

• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities

• Previous experience in fast-paced business settings

• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple competing priorities while dealing with ambiguity

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Business-level proficiency in English

• Familiarity with Greenhouse and Gem is preferred but not required
