Senior Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage 4–6 job openings from start to finish, concentrating on senior, leadership, and essential roles within the business.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business requirements, define candidate profiles, develop scorecards, and streamline hiring processes.

• Create sourcing strategies utilizing talent-market mapping, research on donor companies, Boolean and X-ray searches, LinkedIn sourcing, and personalized outreach efforts.

• Actively engage with passive candidates.

• Conduct structured interviews and deliver evidence-based recommendations.

• Prepare and align hiring managers and interviewers for consistent evaluation.

• Oversee the recruitment pipeline and leverage data to pinpoint bottlenecks and enhance conversion rates.

• Handle the offer process and maintain candidate communication until their first day of work.

• Provide insights on market trends regarding talent availability, compensation expectations, competitors, and hiring timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.

• At least 4 years of experience within a product IT company.

• Experience in hiring for Growth Marketing, Product, Analytics, or Engineering positions.

• Background in B2C subscription products, mobile applications, EdTech, or another rapidly growing digital sector.

• Proven success in closing Senior, Lead, or Head-level positions.

• Strong hands-on sourcing skills across various channels.

• Experience in engaging passive talent.

• Ability to partner with hiring managers and convert business needs into effective search strategies.

• Familiarity with funnel metrics and conversion rates.

• Experience with competency-based assessments, scorecards, and structured interviews.

• Excellent ownership and communication abilities.

• Practical experience using AI tools in recruitment.

• Fluency in Ukrainian.

• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.
