Senior Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with leaders from Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to comprehend revenue objectives and synchronize headcount strategies.

• Implement customized hiring strategies for the Go-to-Market team.

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for GTM positions, including kickoff meetings, proactive sourcing, offer negotiations, and candidate closure.

• Actively source and connect with passive revenue professionals through LinkedIn Recruiter and networking efforts.

• Utilize market trends, compensation benchmarks, and pipeline analytics to provide guidance to hiring managers.

• Enhance time-to-hire metrics and boost offer acceptance rates.

• Provide a high-touch candidate experience that emphasizes Newsela’s mission, remote culture, and market influence.

• Report directly to the Manager of Talent Acquisition.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of comprehensive corporate recruiting experience within an EdTech or SaaS environment, with a focus on Go-to-Market recruitment.

• Demonstrated success in hiring for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps positions.

• In-depth knowledge of the GTM function and its key performance indicators.

• A proactive, results-driven mindset.

• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

• Advanced project management capabilities.

• Capacity to work independently while managing multiple tasks.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and various recruiting tools.

• A strong commitment to building diverse and high-performing teams.

• Experience with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.

• Experience with global hiring in Latin America and the Philippines is a bonus.
