Senior Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, encompassing job intake/profile definition, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.

• Identify, screen, and assess candidates for designated roles.

• Perform proactive candidate searches utilizing job boards, databases, social media platforms, and other sourcing methods.

• Accurately input and manage candidate data in the client's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment tools.

• Present pre-qualified and shortlisted candidates in alignment with client needs and service level expectations.

• Generate recruitment reports, process analyses, and sourcing metrics.

• Meet daily productivity and performance targets set by the client.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in recruiting for positions across diverse industries, including sales, finance, administrative roles, and high-volume environments.

• Proficiency in talent sourcing, recruitment, candidate evaluation, and talent qualification.

• Strong understanding of recruitment channels, job boards, and candidate sourcing strategies.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to effectively conduct phone screening interviews and candidate assessments.

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.

• Ability to handle multiple openings and prioritize tasks concurrently.
